Code of Conduct

Last updated: May 2026

CourtNomad is built on fair play and mutual respect. These rules apply to all users — players, coaches, and clubs — at all times, both on and off the court.

Sportsmanship

Treat all opponents, partners, and club staff with respect regardless of skill level or match outcome. Verbal abuse, intimidation, and unsportsmanlike behaviour are not tolerated. Win or lose, acknowledge your opponent's effort.

Fair Play

Call lines honestly. If there is genuine doubt on a line call, replay the point. Deliberate cheating — including bad-faith line calls or score manipulation — is a serious violation. All players are expected to know the basic rules of tennis and to apply them consistently.

Accurate Result Reporting

Both players must confirm match results within 24 hours of the match. Submitting false scores to manipulate ratings is a serious violation subject to immediate suspension. Disputed results should be flagged through the in-app dispute flow rather than left unconfirmed.

No-Show Policy

If you cannot attend a confirmed match, cancel at least 3 hours in advance through the app. Repeated no-shows without cancellation will result in a temporary scheduling ban. Two no-shows within 30 days may lead to account suspension.

Dispute Process

Disputes about match results, conduct, or bookings should be submitted via the in-app dispute tool within 48 hours of the incident. Our moderation team reviews all disputes and issues decisions within 7 business days. Decisions are final unless new evidence is submitted within 7 days of the ruling.

Consequences for Violations

Minor violations result in a formal warning. Repeated or serious violations — including harassment, deliberate score fraud, or no-show abuse — may result in temporary suspension (7–30 days) or permanent account termination at our discretion. Suspended users may not create new accounts. We reserve the right to adjust ratings affected by fraudulent results.
